I break down your macronutrients and meal timing to create a formula that will get you the results you want.
I calculate your daily calorie allowance and assemble a meal plan prescription that will keep you satisfied!

I perform passive and dynamic postural assessments to build the perfect program customized to your needs. I also analyze your physical fitness with cardiorespiratory, muscular strength and flexibility. I review your lifestyle, metabolism, and body type to create your desired outcome! Hi, before I get into listing my credentials, I would like to thank you for stopping by. On this crazy journey through life, fitness and healthy meal planning make living a whole lot easier! Far to often, making money stands in our way. Your health is your wealth, without it your money is worthless! I too have been at more than one change point in my life.
